Joytech PLC, an international organization with operations that include Ethiopia and additional markets, recently set out to modernize and optimize its order and delivery processes within the Priority ERP environment. Like many growing organizations, Joytech was looking for ways to improve operational efficiency, accelerate internal approvals, and gain greater visibility into critical business processes.
To achieve these goals, Joytech implemented Doxi – Consist Systems' digital signature system, integrated as a digital workflow and automation layer within its Priority ERP system. The project was carried out in close collaboration with AgroSoft, represented by David Naim, who served as the Priority implementation partner. Working together with Roy Brosh (CBO), the teams aligned on a clear objective: to transform manual processes into streamlined, digital workflows that could support the organization’s continued growth.
By integrating Doxi into the Priority environment, Joytech was able to digitize key operational processes related to orders and deliveries. The solution introduced structured digital forms, automated approval workflows, and improved process visibility across teams. These capabilities enabled faster decision-making, reduced manual handling, and allowed stakeholders to track process status in real time.
The project progressed quickly and efficiently thanks to strong collaboration between all involved teams. With clear alignment among business and technology stakeholders, the implementation delivered measurable operational improvements and strengthened Joytech’s control over critical business processes.
From a business development perspective, it was a true privilege for me to lead this collaboration and align executive stakeholders toward fast, focused, and high-impact execution. The project moved quickly, professionally, and with strong alignment across all teams — resulting in significant efficiency gains and improved operational control. I am proud of the collaboration, proud of the outcome, and excited that Joytech is now expanding Doxi’s implementation even further within Priority.
Following the successful rollout, Joytech has already begun expanding the use of the Doxi Digital Signature system across additional processes within its Priority ERP environment. This expansion reflects the organization’s confidence in the platform and its ability to support ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
